1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "you") and 5bnw ("Company", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at https://5bnw.vip (the "Platform").

By registering an account, accessing the Platform, depositing funds, or participating in any game or betting activity offered by 5bnw, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, our Responsible Gaming Policy, and any other rules or guidelines published on the Platform from time to time. 2. Eligibility

• You are a resident of or are physically located in a jurisdiction where online gaming is legally permitted and where your use of the 5bnw platform does not violate applicable local, national, or international law.
• You are not subject to any self-exclusion order, whether voluntary or imposed by a regulatory authority, that would prohibit your participation in online gaming.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party.
• You have not previously had an account with 5bnw that was suspended or permanently closed due to a breach of these Terms.

5bnw reserves the right to verify eligibility at any time and to request documentation confirming your identity and age. Providing false eligibility information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balance held in the account.

3. Account Registration

3.1 Single Account Policy

Each person is permitted to hold only one (1) registered account on the 5bnw platform. Creating duplicate accounts — whether using the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited. 5bnw will close all duplicate accounts and may forfeit any funds held across those accounts without notice.

3.2 Accuracy of Information

You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration and to update your account details promptly if any information changes. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and any other information requested during the KYC (Know Your Customer) process.

3.3 KYC Verification

5bnw is required to verify the identity of all players prior to processing any withdrawal. Acceptable Philippine government-issued identification includes: PhilSys National ID, UMID, Passport, Driver's Licence, and Voter's ID. Failure to complete KYC verification will result in withdrawal requests being held pending verification. 5bnw may request additional documentation at any time.

3.4 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 5bnw login credentials. You agree not to share your username, password, or account access with any third party. 5bnw will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to adequately protect your credentials. Notify 5bnw support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

5bnw currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following Philippine payment channels: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. Available methods may change from time to time and will be communicated on the Platform's payment page.

4.2 Deposit Limits

The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Maximum single deposit limits vary by payment method and may be subject to additional limits based on your account verification status. 5bnw does not charge fees on deposits, though your payment service provider may apply their own charges.

4.3 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. The maximum single withdrawal is ₱500,000. VIP-tier players may be eligible for higher single-transaction limits as specified in the VIP program terms. All withdrawals require completed KYC verification. 5bnw targets processing of GCash and PayMaya withdrawals within 5–20 minutes of approval; bank transfer withdrawals within 1–3 hours during business hours. These timeframes are targets and not guaranteed service levels.

4.4 Currency

All accounts, transactions, bets, and winnings on the 5bnw platform are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). 5bnw does not operate accounts in any foreign currency.

4.5 Anti-Money Laundering

5bnw is committed to preventing money laundering and terrorist financing. The Platform implements AML procedures consistent with Philippine law and applicable PAGCOR requirements. 5bnw reserves the right to freeze or close accounts and report suspicious activity to relevant authorities where required by law.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

5bnw offers various bonuses and promotional incentives to registered players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and free spins. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions unless expressly stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms:

• Bonuses may only be claimed by eligible players with verified 5bnw accounts.
• Each bonus is subject to wagering requirements that must be met before any bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements for each promotion are stated in the individual promotion terms.
• 5bnw reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Abuse of the bonus system — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, engaging in low-risk betting patterns solely to clear wagering requirements, or collusion — will result in bonus forfeiture and may result in account suspension.
• Only one bonus may be active at any given time unless expressly permitted by the specific promotion terms.
• Bonuses have no cash value and may not be transferred between accounts.

6. Gameplay Rules

All games offered on the 5bnw platform are governed by the rules published within each respective game. In cases of discrepancy between in-game rules and these Terms, the in-game rules take precedence for gameplay matters. The following general rules apply across all game categories:

• Bets once placed and confirmed are binding and cannot be reversed by the Player.
• In the event of a technical failure or disconnection during a game round, 5bnw will resolve the outcome based on the last valid game state recorded in our system logs.
• 5bnw uses certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology for all non-live games. RNG systems are independently audited to ensure statistical fairness and unpredictability.
• Live dealer games are broadcast in real time and results are determined by physical outcomes (cards dealt, dice rolled, wheel spun) observed on the live stream. Game results are final once announced by the dealer.
• Maximum winnings per single bet or game round may be capped as published within each game's rules. 5bnw reserves the right to cap winnings where a technical error or obvious error has materially affected the game outcome.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 5bnw platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Registering or using the Platform while under 21 years of age.
• Registering multiple accounts or allowing others to use your account.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform or gain an unfair advantage.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or vulnerabilities. Any bug discovered must be reported to 5bnw support immediately.
• Colluding with other players in any game, including live dealer games.
• Using the Platform for any money laundering, fraud, or other illegal financial activity.
• Attempting to circumvent responsible gaming restrictions or self-exclusion measures.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behaviour towards 5bnw staff or other players via any platform communication channel.
• Misrepresenting your identity, location, age, or any other personal information.

8. Responsible Gaming

5bnw is committed to promoting responsible gaming. We believe that gaming should be an enjoyable form of entertainment, and we are dedicated to ensuring that our Platform does not contribute to gambling-related harm.

• Age Restriction: The 5bnw platform is strictly for players aged 21 and above. Age verification is enforced at registration and withdrawal stages.
• Self-Exclusion: Players may apply for voluntary self-exclusion at any time via their account settings. Self-exclusion periods of 30 days, 90 days, 180 days, and permanent exclusion are available.
• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits from their account settings. Once set, limits take effect immediately and can only be increased after a 72-hour cooling-off period.
• Loss Limits: Players may set loss limits to cap their maximum losses over a defined period.

9. Suspension & Termination

5bnw reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any player account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Provision of false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or the KYC process.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period when requested.
• Receipt of a chargeback or reversal of a deposit transaction.
• Request by a regulatory authority or law enforcement agency.
• Extended inactivity (accounts with zero balance inactive for more than 12 consecutive months may be closed).

Upon account closure due to a Terms breach, any balance held in the account may be forfeited at 5bnw's sole discretion, subject to applicable legal requirements. Where an account is closed for reasons other than a Terms breach (e.g., the player requests closure), any verified balance will be returned to the player via their registered withdrawal method within a reasonable timeframe.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 5bnw's total liability to you in connection with the Platform, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise, shall not exceed the net deposits made by you to your 5bnw account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

5bnw shall not be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses, including but not limited to: loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, business interruption, or any other intangible losses arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform.

5bnw does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the Platform. Scheduled maintenance, technical issues, or events beyond our reasonable control may cause temporary unavailability. 5bnw will use reasonable efforts to restore Platform availability as quickly as practicable.

11. Intellectual Property

All content on the 5bnw platform — including but not limited to the 5bnw brand name and logo, website design, software, game content, text, graphics, images, and audio — is the intellectual property of 5bnw or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, modify, sell, or otherwise exploit any content from the 5bnw platform without prior written consent from 5bnw.

12. Privacy

5bnw collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173). By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in our Privacy Policy. 13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination, shall first be subject to good-faith negotiation between the parties. If not resolved within thirty (30) days, disputes shall be referred to the appropriate courts or regulatory bodies in the Philippines with competent jurisdiction.

5bnw's operations are subject to PAGCOR (Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation) oversight and guidelines for online gaming platforms operating in the Philippines.

14. Changes to These Terms

5bnw reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, notify registered players via email or in-platform notification. Your continued use of the 5bnw platform following notification of any change constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
